Need old exterior wires removed from my house

Hello,

I’m requesting removal of old exterior Xfinity/Comcast wiring from my home. These cables are no longer in use and are still attached to the outside of the house.

I attempted to follow the instructions on the support forum to request assistance, but I was unable to find a way to send a direct message or start a live chat.

Please let me know how I can schedule a technician to safely remove these unused wires.
