@user_p0fya1 It sounds like the previous ticket might have been associated with the address you were calling from or your phone is associated with. No worries, I can help! As long as the wires are Comcast wires and part of our demarcation point outside of the home, we can get those cleaned up. Are there any obstacles intertwined with the cable like tree branches, brush, or bushes?

I'm pretty sure they are Comcast. I had a at&t tech here and he told me they were Comcast. Yeah the wire runs thru a tree in my yard therefore I wanna get it removed before it becomes a problem.

@user_p0fya1 So, before we can remove our cable, there would have to be clearance and access. The part that runs through the tree, is it near a connection point or is it just the straight line that goes through?

If the cable is entangled in any way with the tree other than straight through, our technicians wouldn't be able to remove the line until those branches or portions of the tree are trimmed away.

It's a straight line that goes through off of the telephone line in the alley which is directly behind my backyard. It shouldn't be a problem to disconnect from my house and pull directly to the telephone line there's enough clearance.
