need new service to my area
I'm moving to a street that has no service (yet) and I am willing to pay the cost/fee to bring service down my Street for two homes. The street that I connect to from my street does have service. I've had no luck over the phone for a month now and even have a Ticket #. Unfortunately, I keep getting back the same line. "there is no service to your street and we don't have the equipment within 2,000 feet". I keep saying give me a price to bring in the service and I'm willing to pay the cost for bringing service in.
How can I escalate my request to your Management to get my need of a costing to bring service in? I will pay for bringing the service in. thank you.
