Need new payment methodr

I just set up an account. I need to pay my bill but I can’t set up a payment method. It tells me it needs to verify me. I’ve verified everything MORE THAN ONCE. What do I have to do to get some help? I’m an old woman and technologically challenged. I just want to enter my card number and set up auto pay
