need new line installed from street pole to my house
My existing underground line is a temporary line that maybe 10yrs ago was never replaced with a permanent one so I subsequently just buried it myself. I think the line at some point got nicked and for some time now my service intermittently is interrupted. I recently replaced the modem, no improvement.
It would be appropriate to have a new & permanent line buried from the pole to the house. How can I get this process started?
