Need new gateway cable

Hello, I need a new AC cable (from gateway to wall plug). Mine was damaged and regular AC adaptors don’t fit the gateway. I’ve been out of internet for a week trying to fix this issue. Please help me. :(

user_9cpd0a Thanks for reaching out for help with a replacement power cable for the gateway. I don't have a way to send just a power cable, but I can ship a replacement device or you can swap it out at the nearest service center if you prefer. I'm happy to get this set up for shipping for you right away if you prefer shipping. Please let me know.

I don’t have a service center near me. Can you please send a replacement device? That would be amazing! How long will it take to get here, and how much will it cost?

@user_9cpd0a Shipping takes 2-3 business days. There should be a free getting starting kit, so you would only cover the shipping cost of $15 billed to the account to ship through UPS. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
