Need new coax outlet installed
There is pre-existing cable to the house but is old and has been split many different ways. I need to have a tech figure out wich is the correct line and set it up so I can activate my new modem This is new service to me (previous owner must have used comcast). I am not able to figure out how to schedule the $100 dollar install as the only online option was a self install kit. Please help!

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
