Need my money Back CUSTOMER NO SERVICE

I absolutely hate how Comcast and now Xfinity customer service works!!! I moved from FL to GA.  Returned the equipment in GA. Xfinity made an UNAUTHORIZED  payment for the Equipment  Ian. $270.00 even though it was returned.   I have called been put on hold and spent hours on the phone with agents. To be told yes you will have money returned given a fake confirmation number then talked to another agent after 18 days for waiting for funds to be told nothing was processed and now I will need to wait another 21 days for money to be returned via snail Mail.  Called the refund dept to be told that no information has been received! Lies after lies after lies.  I absolutely will never be a Comcast Xfinity customer again!!!! They have Customer NO Service !!!! Never set up Direct Deposit with this company!!!
