Need my internet install today
Got my Xfinity gateway internet yesterday I put it together but it's a cable Cox in the wall that's rusty and hard to get it out of the cable Cox so I need someone to come out and fix it so I can use my internet

Hello, and thank you for choosing Xfinity as your go-to provider. I can understand the concerns when you are not able to get connected right away. I want to make sure we help get this resolved. I have a few questions. Are you saying the Coax cable is rusted, and you are not able to connect to your wall outlet? @user5c4c22
