Need live support

Contacted Comcast last night to try to fix a pixelation issue. It could not be fixed and they were going to make an appointment for me. They didn’t, but my service is now being reported as an outage and because of this I am unable to make an appointment or speak to a live person.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.

mommy2abbycadababby The direct message option is in the square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon). You would then click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon. Then type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
