need line to newly constructed apartment - building already is wired for comcast

rep came out in Dec to assess what is needed.

Havent heard back when the line to the building will be installed.

keep emailing the work order number to the original contact but have no responses.

is there a number i can contact to see if the work is scheduled?

user_k105iv Thanks for creating a post. Depending on what needs to be completed (permits, network construction, etc., at times it can take a few months for service to be ready. We can help check on the serviceability to see where the process is and if they have an estimated timeframe available.
