Need line run 4 spans up my drive way

I just moved into a new house and can't get xfinity to get anything done.  Have talked to 4 customer service "agents" and 2 sales people.  No one can unstable i need a hard line run up my driveway so that the insatl guy can run a service cable to my house....a new construction ticket was created and after a week with no one actually showing up to my address was closed.  To try and talk to anyone in Customer Support is a waste of time.  I just want hardline internet at my house.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
