NEED LETTER FROM XFINITY SHOWING THAT MY INTERNET IS DOWN

Hello,

I am trying to reschedule the GRE test which I was supposed to take from home today. I live in the Nashville area, and my internet is down as a result of the recent ice storm. Thus, I cannot take the GRE today and need to reschedule.

According to the people at GRE, I need a letter on Xfinity letterhead confirming that my internet is currently down. Insane request, I know. But it's the only way they will reschedule the test for me without making me pay the rescheduling fee. Is this something y'all might be able to do for me? 

You can just send an email to the email I have on file and attach a letter that says "This letter confirms that the internet at [NAME's] house, located at [ADDRESS] is currently down due to the ice storm." 

Does that make sense?

user_2n23m4 Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, this is not something that we can provide. I would recommend taking screenshots of the current service interruption information in the Xfinity app, or the Xfinity Status Center
