Need iphone as an existing customer

I have been waiting on buying an iphone until Xfinity Thanksgiving deals. I show up to an Xfinity store and I'm told that the offers are only for new customers. I'm contemplating leaving Xfinity now as nothing is tying me to the service but would have loved to stay. We had good service but need a phone!!

@user_lk98d6 So sorry to hear you feel that way. Certain deals are strictly for new customers so I'll be sure to submit feedback for you in hopes we can expand deals in the future.

Definitely unfortunate that the company makes customers contemplate staying with them. Not your fault, whoever in the corporate that makes these decisions isn't thinking right. Most other companies extend their deals to both new and existing customers. 

Sad but will have to look elsewhere for a deal this Cyber Monday.
