Need information from actual person

You keep resetting my account password, with no explanation other then keeping my accout secure. I need someone to give me more information. Are you seeing malicious traffic from my network ? Or is it external ?

If it's coming from my home I need to know. Can't fix it without information.

Thanks for meeting us in our community about your password concerns, @biggbubba. We're happy to take a look at your account.

A customer's password may keep resetting due to a detected potential compromise of their Xfinity ID, which indicates that someone other than the account holder may have accessed their password. To protect the account, Xfinity disables the ID until the password is reset. Additionally, if a customer is unable to sign in, they may need to reset their password as a security measure. It's important for customers to use strong, unique passwords and keep their recovery email addresses and phone numbers up to date to prevent such issues.

In order to review your account, I would need a Direct Message with your name and address.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press Enter to send it.
