Need help

I need immediate escalation to Executive Customer Relations. Multiple representatives misrepresented the plan I was agreeing to, and ordinary customer service and supervisors have failed to resolve it. I am requesting an Executive Customer Relations case and a callback from someone with authority to correct the agreement.

Hey there user_1t80qm 👋 I appreciate you being an active member of our community with your post, and you're in the right place for help! One thing we pride ourselves on is being as transparent with your services as possible, and that includes the details enclosed in any formal service agreement you authorize, so the last thing we want is for there to be any confusion about what was agreed to. Even as a corporate team, we cannot manually change the terms of any services already approved by you retroactively, but we’re happy to answer any additional questions you have or help make changes that best fit your needs 👍 To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”.
