Need help
I have had xfinity wifi for 6 years about a month ago my sister was sent a modem we didnt ask for or anything and we returned it the next day. Everything was fine till a month later (now) our account was deactivated and our address was blocked so we were left without wifi. Apparently she made an account and had services she never paid for and never used and a modem that wasnt “returned” even though we did return it so she owes $273 to them and we cant activate our actual account until she pays it. I asked them to kick the account off the address but they said that wouldnt work is there anything else i can do?

Thank you for reaching out. I would suggest telling your sister to reach out and to discuss that account and the equipment that was returned since I would be unable to discuss her account with you unless you are listed as the primary or manager. Do you know if you are listed on that account @user_muq0cu ?
