Need help

I’m trying to get a hold of Xfinity For a week nowto tell them what the issue is here, there was a tree that fell and knocked down the wires from around the electrical box So the wires are just laying on the ground in my backyard,I keep putting In work requests saying that The wires are down But it’s been over a week and I keep getting messages saying that the Internet’s restored while the wire still laying on the ground And my Internet is still not working, I don’t know what else to do or who to contact Xfinity Number just hangs up on me saying there’s work in my area when everyone around me already I know with Xfinity has Internet. It’s just not connected outside anymore.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there user_mvidz0! That is a frustrating loop to be stuck in, especially since you have been trying to get this resolved for a full week. If the neighborhood service interruption is officially over and your internet is still down, you definitely need a technician sent out.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
