user_0o6mug - Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us for help with your Xfinity account. I’m really glad you contacted us, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you. I understand how important it is to keep your services running smoothly, especially when you're navigating billing concerns. I’m here to support you every step of the way. To reactive your services after they are suspended due to non payment you must first make the past-due payment and then restart your modem and router. A payment arrangement may help in the future. It allows you to choose a date to pay your past-due balance, helping you maintain access to your Xfinity services. If you're eligible, you'll see this option when you sign in at xfinity.com.

Here are a few things to keep in mind before setting up your arrangement:

You may be able to select your payment date and add a payment method later.
Access to Xfinity On Demand and Pay Per View (PPV) will be restricted until your payment is processed.
If the arrangement is canceled or the payment fails, your service may be interrupted until the full past-due balance is paid.
To set up a payment arrangement:

Log in to your account at xfinity.com or open the Xfinity app.
Look for a message about flexible payments.
Select Chat to open the Xfinity Assistant.
Choose Billing and Payments, then type:
“Explore flexible payment options.”
If you're eligible, the Assistant will show your available plans.
Select the payment arrangement option to continue.
Choose your preferred payment date.
If you're adding a payment method later, select the date and click Submit.
Note: A new tab may open during this process. Please do not close the original tab, as you’ll need to return to it after completing your payment.

If you have any trouble or questions along the way, I’m here and happy to help further.
