Good morning user_8pq77a! Thanks so much for reaching out to us for help with the payment arrangement. Our Xfinity forums community is a wonderful place for help and support from community members and official Xfinity employees! 

I'm sorry to read that your services are being interrupted at this time. I know how difficult it has become to keep within a budget and I would love to help out! Currently, the only option to set up a payment arrangement is with our Xfinity assistance. You would have to sign in to your account and click chat for options and from there set up payment arrangement.

There may also be an installment plan option available. When you select chat for options to launch the Xfinity assistant you will see my payment options if the account is eligible. 

I'm sorry that I can't help with this directly, payment plans and installment options are only available with the Xfinity Assistant
