Need help
My internet at my apartment keeps dropping, but when I try to schedule an appointment through the app, the stupid AI assistant refuses to acknowledge that there's an issue. It'll get so bad that games are unplayable and calls will drop, but the AI assistant says nothing is wrong! I need someone to come out to look at it, but it's impossible to contact a real person through the assistant.

@user_7bimy0 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. As a gamer myself, I completely understand the frustration if your internet drops. It's important to me that we help you get this resolved. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
