Need help with underground cable installation to be scheduled

I received an email about the process for internet cable installation on December 5, 2025 and till date there has been no followup. On december 8, I had received a message from comcast technician about visitng the property but I don't know if he ever visited it because there is no replies from him after his first message. I was given following confirmation for my bury cable order : [Edit: Personal Information] and also this ticket number : [Edit: Personal Information].

Can I please get help at the earliest here ?
