Need help with my incentive prepaid Visa card

Hello, I apologize for nagging but the wait time for my prepaid Visa card has passed. I have called the toll free 1 800 526 3268 several times now. I have been put on hold for an hour and no one has answered. In fact I was randomly hung up on after 30 minutes of waiting and and to call back. The system says it cannot find my information to track the incentive as part of the xfinity program. This is very frustrating and have looked up for help from Xfinity but cannot find any and it has lead me to this forum.

Hey there I am so sorry to hear you are having trouble getting that prepaid gift card, I know how important it is to receive these gifts when you are expecting them. Send a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address for me please!

@XfinityAnthonyT​ how can I send my information to XFINITY SUPPORT? I don’t see any options to do that. Also thank you for your help

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
