Need help with getting internet service
I have been trying for several months to get internet service to a home that has never had service. The latest is that a line needs to be placed under the driveway into the house. I have conflicting information that the utilities have been marked. I spoke with someone yesterday that PROMISED me that someone would call me within 24 hours to set up the appointment to do the work. The 24 hours was up at 11:00 this morning and it is now 4:00 in the afternoon. I did try calling this morning, only to be transferred by a live person to the automated line, which then hung up on me. I do have a ticket number. I feel I am being more than patient. Every person I have talked with has been very nice, but I need action!!!
