Need help with flush-mounted xFi Gateway hardware access

I recently moved into an apartment at AVA Esterra Park that comes with a pre-installed Xfinity xFi Gateway. The unit is flush-mounted tightly to the wall on a bracket, which completely blocks access to the Ethernet ports on the back. I need to connect my PC via Ethernet, but I cannot access these ports without risking damage to the device. I already contacted my building maintenance, and they confirmed they do not work on this equipment. Could an Xfinity technician please come out to assist with unmounting/re-positioning the gateway so I can access the Ethernet ports?
