Need help with a request to unlock my phone

I am in the military and we on rotation and I need to be able to use my phone while not in country. I called and sent the request for my phone to be unlocked but they didn’t ask for my orders and won’t let me send it, when the policy says you need valid orders so they can unlock it.

Thanks for being a valued customer, we do appreciate your business and I would be more than happy to assist you today. Also thanks for being a part of our military services, we do appreciate all that you do.  I would need to access your account to further assist you. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: Go to xfiinityforums.com
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
