Need help upgrading my Gateway
Hello. I was doing some research recently and found that I should be receiving an update in hardware frequently as I have the Gigabit 2x internet plan. I currently rent the XB6 which is now 2 generations old, and have yet to receive any indication about an upgrade. When I manually navigate to the "Upgrade equipment" page by XA, the page tells me my equipment details are unavailable.
On a side note, the XB6 gets nowhere near the amount of throughput I should be getting with a 2 gig plan. I have had the XB6 for close to 5 years now.
