Need help to return storm-ready Wifi equipment

I tried to cancel my storm-ready Wifi service by submitting an online form https://www.xfinity.com/xfi-pods-return-form. After the form submission, the page said Comcast will contact me in 1-2 days. But so far I haven't heard anything from Comcast. How do I follow this up with Comcast?

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
