Need help switching to Xfinity NOW

Hi there,

I am a current Xfinity customer and would like to switch to Xfinity now without interrupting my service. Please let me know how I can do this. Thank you.

Hello, @user_a72gv5! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Community Forum, and for posting your questions about starting Xfinity NOW service without interrupting your current, residential service(s). Please see How to Purchase And Manage Your NOW Subscriptions for more information. You may run into an error because of the existing account, which may require a brief interruption while switching from one to the other. I believe we've been able to work it out for some customers, though, by future-dating their disconnection request (of the regular residential service) and having them order NOW service in the meantime. What options do you see online when shopping our NOW plans?
