need help signing on to Max
I am an HBO subscriber. Max no longer recognizes my email address, tells me I'm trying to log in with a "secondary Xfinity ID".
I am the HBO subscriber with no other 'secondary id"
I called Max customer service and they told me to call you.
They cannot find an email for me, though they have tried all three:
