Need Help Scheduling A Maintenance Crew Appointment

In December of 2025 I put in a bury cable request after learning that the current line to the pedestal in my back yard was temporary.  In March 2025 i learned that the job wasn't completed when all of a sudden my internet went out - the temporary line had been cut by the neighbor's lawn mowing service.  I submitted an urgent customer service ticket to have a residential technician come out. He repaired the line and put in another ticket to have the maintenance crew come out and bury the line.  I heard nothing til June when I had another residential tech come.  Since June 1 i have had 5 interactions with service agents in the Xfinity app and 3 residential technicians come out. I keep asking for a Maintenance crew to bury and connect the line but no luck.  I am told I have an open ticket but yet no one comes out.

I am desperate to get this resolved. Starting to consider changing to a competitor.  Any help would be appreciated.
