Need help returning Xfinity equipment out of state through UPS.
I am trying to return my Xfinity equipment after recently moving to Pennsylvania. The Xfinity store here says I do NOT have the option of returning my equipment to a store because the equipment is from Florida. When I go through the returns process online, I keep getting this message to 'Please select a device' but there are no devices to select. I have spoken to several agents who have been unable to help me and keep re-directing me to or the same exact return link that shows no devices. UPS has confirmed they can NOT accept a package from me without the prepaid return label. So now I am stuck. How am I supposed to return my equipment? Can I get help with setting up prepaid label for UPS PLEASE. I really do not want to get hit with the fee for not returning equipment.

Hey, @user_98fa4f! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are running into when trying to get the equipment returned. Normally, you would be able to just bring the equipment into a UPS store where they can scan the barcode on the equipment and get a return label that way due to the way their shipping contract is set up with us. However, we can certainly get a return kit sent out to you! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
