Need help preventing a specific technician from being assigned to my address

I had a technician assigned to my home today who I have a prior personal relationship with. While I’m not filing a complaint against the technician, I am not comfortable having this individual enter my home or be assigned to my address in the future.

I contacted Xfinity customer service, and they told me they could only notate my account but could not guarantee that this technician would not be assigned again. My concern is that future dispatchers may never see the note, and I have no way of knowing whether it will actually prevent him from being dispatched.

Is there a process for requesting that a specific technician not be assigned to a customer’s address for personal privacy reasons? If so, who has the authority to make that request permanent?

I’m simply looking for a solution that allows me to receive service without having this technician assigned to my home in the future.
