Need help now!! Not a bot

I pay a ridiculous amount of money for your service and I can never get an agent when I need one. All I get is the stupid ridiculous live chat but who has no idea how to route someone to an agent. They keep asking the stupidest questions. I work my [Edited - Language] off and finally sit down to watch TV and my TV won’t work. I want to speak to a human when I have this problem. Your customer service is horrendous
