Need help, multiple calls for HOURS

I have spoken to multiple agents including supervisors and recorded conversations of them promising to do things to help my case and solve an issue, for them to not follow through. My case doesnt make sense and something is wrong and nobody will fix it. I am being scammed . I need to file a complaint as high as it goes. This is fraud what is happening
