Need help making new tech appointment
This week, a technician came over to activate the coaxial outlet in our bedroom. Outside, they installed a box that connects directly to the bedroom outlet. However, we later realized that it would be more convenient to have the connection in the living room instead.
We would like to deactivate the bedroom coaxial outlet and activate the existing coaxial outlet in the living room so that we can officially connect our router there.
The issue is that I can't seem to schedule an appointment through the Xfinity app because it only appears to allow appointments when there is an issue with the connection or equipment. We don't currently have any connection or equipment problems—we simply need to relocate the active coaxial connection.
Currently, I dont know any other way to successfully make an appointment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
