Need help installing MoCA coax ethernet connection on my house network

I have a XB8 that has MoCA capability but I don't know where my coax cables in my box outside my house which rooms they  go to, how would i identify which cables go where and if they are electrically hot/active or not.  I also need to replace a splitter, as the splitter I currently have does not support MoCA. Is there a way to get someone to help me with this? I need support to do this. I am willing to pay if necessary, but would prefer to do it myself.
