Need Help Getting Xfinity Wires Buried

Hi! We’ve been trying for months to get someone from Xfinity to come bury the wires connected to the green utility box in our front yard. It’s blocking where we’re trying to expand our driveway.

811 has already marked and approved the area, and techs have come out several times, but no one ever follows up or finishes the work.

Can someone from the Xfinity team please help get this scheduled? We really need this resolved soon.
