Good morning user_7sz2f7! I can certainly understand the trouble if you had an appointment and are still experiencing issues. You have reached the right team though, and we are more than happy to assist. When you are attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi, are you seeing your network name at all? Is the light on your modem currently solid, or is it flashing?
