Good morning user_7sz2f7! I can certainly understand the trouble if you had an appointment and are still experiencing issues. You have reached the right team though, and we are more than happy to assist. When you are attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi, are you seeing your network name at all? Is the light on your modem currently solid, or is it flashing?

Good morning user_p7dnv8! Thanks for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums. I would love to help you get connected. I'm sorry for the delay and trouble with connecting to your wireless network. If you do not know your network password you can easily use the Xfinity app with leased Xfinity gateways to access your network. From the app you would go into Wi-Fi> Wi-Fi details, and you will see your details and QR code to scan for a connection.
Guests can also use the xfinitywifi hotspot available with Xfinity gateways to connect to a network.
If you own your modem/router it would depend on that device and it's options. Many networking devices will have a WPA button that you can press and connect to the network without a password.
What type of network are you trying to connect to?
