Need help deleting old address

I need to get an old address removed that has no services.

there are two addresses on my account. One of them is an old address that no longer has any services. However, for some reason, when I try to order a new phone on my Xfinity mobile account, The address is still set to the old address. When I tried to change my primary account back to the old address, I can't actually do anything on the site because there are no services connected.
