Need help changing plan - Chat agent does not allow

Hello, due to my cablecard being at end of life, my Tivo dvr will no longer function w/Xfinity. I wish to change my plan to remove TV and keep my Internet and Voice. I can be reached at [Edited: "Personal Information"].
