Need help changing my wifi password

I need help changing my wifi password. I have gone threw all the trouble shooting steps. I have tried using the app. My app does NOT have the wifi tab and when I search wifi details on the app I am met with a infinite loading screen. I tried going threw admin access online and it basically barred me from making changes and told me to use the app. I tried calling but the stupid ai refused to let me just talk to someone and just kept telling me to do things I already did. I am at my wits end here

user_nku9c0, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I understand needing to change your network settings and your frustrations. You would modify that through the WiFi icon at the bottom then to click on WiFi details. It shouldn't be looping. Have you attempted to also update the application and even unplug your gateway for 60 seconds?

As i said in the post my app does NOT have the wifi icon its just not there. The only tabs are "overview" "services" and "account" and searching for the "wifi details setting" results in a infinite loading screen.

@user_nku9c0 The admin tool is disabled by default, however, customers who wish to access advanced settings (e.g., WiFi name/password changes) via the admin tool can manually enable access through a new toggle in the WiFi Advanced settings of the app.

Edit: The Xfinity App version 5.62 is the latest version with the toggle for the admin tool.

If you haven't tried, clearing cache/history on the device and uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity App are some troubleshooting steps to try when the Xfinity App isn't performing correctly. Please let me know if any of this was helpful.

If the "wifi advanced settings" are under "wifi details" I again cannot access that part of the app for the same reasons as said in the post. But if its not I cannot find the setting even using the search bar in app. Yes I have cleared catches history and Uninstalled the app multiple times. I have also confirmed it is the latest version 5.62. But I am still having the same issue

I understand. Usually that option needs to be allowed in the application.
