Need help changing my wifi password

I need help changing my wifi password I have gone threw all the trouble shooting steps. I have tried using the app and my app does not have the wifi tab and when I search wifi details on the app I am met with a infinite loading screen I tried going threw admin access online and it basically barred me from making changes and told me to use the app I tried calling but kept getting looped by the stupid ai that refused to let me just talk to someone and just kept telling me to do things I already did. I am at my wits end here

user_nku9c0, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I understand needing to change your network settings and your frustrations. You would modify that through the WiFi icon at the bottom then to click on WiFi details. It shouldn't be looping. Have you attempted to also update the application and even unplug your gateway for 60 seconds?
