Need help cancelling flex service

I used to be able to shop for plans online before I got flex. Now I get a message telling me to get Xfinity Assistant or call 1-800-XFINITY for help.


I would like to have my flex service cancelled so I can view plans available to me before my contract ends on January. Please help with this issue.
