Need help asap no phone service I Was switching to Xfinity from Verizon and agent accidentally hung up on me

I cannot call out I could not get called in. I need to speak to somebody ASAP.

If you were speaking on the device we were trying to work on, that can happen from time to time. Depending on where you all left off in the process, you may be able to complete your activation. Could you tell me the last step you completed before you were disconnected? 
If you already have your Xfinity app downloaded, could you tell me if a mobile tab is showing when you log in?
