Need help activating Peacock premium

Hi. I’m an xfinity platinum member and got an email to redeem my peacock premium perk but once o open and try to do activate it, it doesn’t let me do it.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies history on your web-browser to see if it allows you to open it afterward?

Can you provide more detail on what you are seeing when you try to activate the subscription, and any additional steps you've tried already? Did you have a previous subscription with Peacock?

I open the link from the email I received from Xfinity and it just takes me to the stream store where I go and check my subscriptions and it’s not there to activate it.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.  

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:  

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) 

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send your message

i have the same issue, how can i activate the peacock offer, i tried chatting with assistant and then to a human who offered me the same plan that i have for 6$ more a month so my peacock premium gets activated - when i declined and asked to open a ticket which he said he did but could not provide a ticket reference number instead i was told i was going to receive a call which never happened and i do not see any open tickets under my account.
