Need help activating AppleTV and with HBO
I have used chat to talk to reps and have called and spoken to multiple technical reps and I have yet to get assistance or resolution. The last person I spoke to yesterday assured me he'd call me back in 30 minutes and that was yesterday morning and I have yet to receive a call. I changed my plan from Ultimate to Premium the other day and as a result my StreamSaver plan got changed as well. Both AppleTV and MAX (which I had previously) cannot be activated on the website. There is no activate button for either. Netflix, Disney+, Hulu Bundle and ESPN Unlimited all say Active. When I try to watch HBO on TV, it says I need to subscribe. No, I have had MAX and am currently paying for it so should not need to subscribe. AppleTV says xfinity terminated my subscription on 3/23 and wants me to pay to watch. Someone needs to figure this out ASAP as I am paying for services I cannot use. Please advise.
