Need for my custody/divorce

Dear Xfinity Customer Support,

I am requesting a copy of my call detail records for my Xfinity phone service covering the period from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.

I am requesting these records for my personal use and would appreciate receiving them in electronic format, if available. If additional information is needed to verify my identity or process this request, please let me know, and I will provide it promptly.

Please also let me know if there are any fees associated with obtaining these records or if there are any limitations on how far back these records are available.

We appreciate you connecting with us here in our Forums community, @user_pcgnsb. Customers can submit a records request to Comcast by providing a signed authorization form. They should email subscriber_recordrequest@comcast.com to request the necessary form. Once completed, the form must be faxed to the Comcast Law Enforcement and Subscriber Record Center (LESRC) at 1-866-947-5587. During processing, Comcast will contact the customer to verify the authorization. It's important to note that customers should not use this process for service, billing, or fraud concerns.
