Need equipment can’t connect to an agent

I ordered equipment more than a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived.  I need the upgraded WiFi in order to activate my new iPhone.  I can’t connect to an agent because they are working on my street!  Can I pick the new equipment up at an Xfinity store??

This is not the experience we would like you to have, and we'd like to help. We can request a new shipment from here, or you can absolutely pick up the equipment at the store.
