Need emergency help relocating an underground conduit running next to my house
We're doing some landscaping and foundation work on our house, and as we've been prepping the site for this work we found what appears to be a telecom conduit running about 8" deep in the space we are working on. We need to relocate that conduit as soon as possible so as to not hold up additional work we're having performed. Can someone help me with expediting a request to relocate this buried line?

I attempted to open a ticket - but the automated system pushes me into only a few options, none of which match my situation. Wasn't sure what the best way to request this, and when I searched I saw other forum posts, so I'm hoping someone might be able to assist me as well. I tried following recommendations in those other posts, but didn't have any luck.
