Need drop bury for unburied backyard cable + goodwill credit (ticket EDITED)

Hi Xfinity Support — Wellington, FL account (email on file: [Edited: "Personal Information"]).

1) Drop bury: A temporary Comcast cable was left unburied in the backyard and is a tripping hazard. I already submitted issue ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] (outside cable / tripping risk). Please escalate to a drop bury / SRO Outside Technician work order and confirm the status or scheduling.

2) Goodwill credit: We’ve had repeated lost service / outages causing significant inconvenience across July and August into early September (period July 1–September 12, 2026). Self-serve outage credit returned “no outages found” / ineligible for a short window. Please review the account history and apply a courtesy/goodwill bill credit; confirm the amount and which statement it will appear on.

Please reply here or DM so we can share the full service address privately. Thank you.
